This service call charge is our "Fee" or "Truck charge" to get us into your home to properly diagnose your appliance. Once we diagnose your appliance we can then provide you with a proper repair quote on parts & labor. Our labor is charged by the job  and not by the hour. The client can keep more money in their pocket this way.

Stacked appliances, built in or slide in ovens have a different service call rate. Prices will be discussed with client based on pictures or information provided.

Additional appliance repairs during our visit is an extra 25$.
